\u201cHard launch \ud83d\ude80,\u201d Tomlinson, 27, wrote via Instagram on Monday, July 6, alongside a video<\/a> of himself and his girlfriend, Sarah Siebert<\/strong>. The clip showed the reality star lounging by a pool with a drink in hand as the camera panned out to reveal Siebert, who planted a kiss on his cheek.<\/p>\n

\u201cLife with her,\u201d Tomlinson wrote over the video.<\/p>\n

In a comment, he added, \u201cSarah and I are just boyfriend & girlfriend and for now that\u2019s good enough for us \u2764\ufe0f\u200d\ud83d\udd25.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Tomlinson\u2019s sister, Anna<\/strong>, celebrated the reveal, writing, \u201cAND SHE\u2019S A BLONDE \ud83d\udde3\ufe0f\ud83e\udd70.\u201d<\/p>\n

Before his romance with Siebert, Tomlinson dated Love on the Spectrum<\/em> costar Georgie Harris<\/strong>, whom he called his \u201cbrunette demigodess.\u201d The pair were introduced during season 3 in 2025 and later confirmed their split during season 4 in April.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was my decision to end things,\u201d Tomlinson exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> ahead of the season\u2019s premiere. \u201cGeorgie and I \u2026 this season was the longest time we spent with each other. The more we did, the more we came to realize we\u2019re just two different people. Good people, yes, but not each other\u2019s people.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tomlinson continued, \u201cWhat she wanted, I couldn\u2019t give her. What I wanted, she couldn\u2019t give me. We both decided it was for the best.\u201d<\/p>\n
