Baylen Out Loud<\/i> star Baylen Dupree<\/strong> is sharing a unique memory from her experience in therapy.<\/p>\n

\u201cI did do exposure therapy,\u201d Dupree, 23, explained on the Tuesday, July 7, episode of the \u201cDumb Blonde\u201d podcast<\/span><\/a>. \u201cMy exposure therapy specifically was around horses. I was petrified of horses.\u201d<\/p>\n

Before marrying real estate agent Colin Dooley<\/strong> in May, Dupree wanted to do all that she could to overcome her fear and ensure her husband had a horse at the ceremony.<\/p>\n

\u201cA part of me did it for him because he wanted one at the wedding and I needed to get familiar with being around a horse,\u201d she told host Bunnie Xo<\/strong>. \u201cAnother part of me wanted to do it because horses are so therapeutic and beautiful and perfect for people that are neurodivergent.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tBaylen Out Loud star Baylen Dupree is feeling body confident as she says goodbye to 2025. \u201cI am on a GLP-1 and I have lost weight, which has really gotten my confidence back, which is really, really nice,\u201d Dupree, 23, shared on the Wednesday, December 31, episode of \u201cThe Sarah Fraser Show\u201d podcast. \u201cIt\u2019s been [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Dupree \u2014 who has severe Tourette syndrome and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder \u2014 recalled her therapist\u2019s request to get extra close to a horse during one hands-on session.<\/p>\n

\u201cI got to touch the horse, I got to brush the horse. I got to ride the horse. I also played with its s***,\u201d she shared. \u201cYes, I did. I have the fear of germs, so I had to rub s*** on my hands without gloves on. [My therapist is] scraping it underneath my nails.\u201d<\/p>\n

To this day, Dupree can\u2019t believe she agreed to do it. At the same time, she acknowledged her strong motivation to try something new in hopes of overcoming a fear.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt first, I was like, \u2018I\u2019m not doing this,\u2019\u201d she recalled. \u201cI did the hardest thing I possibly could have ever imagined and then I never have to do it again. And now all of those fears are gone. But it\u2019s definitely shocking.\u201d<\/p>\n

In her TLC show titled Baylen Out Loud<\/i>, Dupree allows cameras to capture her reality. Despite her daily challenges, the reality star and her extended family aren\u2019t afraid to laugh and embrace the chaos that makes their everyday lives in West Virginia unique.<\/p>\n
