NCIS: New York<\/strong> has expanded its cast ahead of its fall debut. Jennifer Beals <\/strong>joins the CBS spin-off alongside three new series regulars. The next chapter in the long-running NCIS franchise is taking shape. CBS has added four more actors to NCIS: New York, giving the upcoming drama a bigger team before cameras begin rolling later this month.<\/p>\n Jennifer Beals has signed on as a series regular, joining returning franchise favorite LL COOL J and Hawaii Five-0 star Scott Caan.
