One planned over Ralston Street would connect to a new parking garage, while another above West Fourth Street would stretch to a northern plot, in which renderings show there would be an outdoor pool.<\/p>\n<p>Head a few minutes west, and Jacobs has their next project in the works. They&#8217;re aiming to build a 60-foot <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/downtownmakeover.com\/reno-neon-line-sign-6-23-26\" target=\"_blank\">Neon Line District sign<\/a> just off Stoker Avenue,<\/p>\n<p>Since this project exceeds the 45-foot threshold for the area, it requires a minor site plan review.
