Getdown Services<\/a> have shared the \u201csaddest song we\u2019ve ever written\u201d \u2013 check it out below.<\/p>\n The downbeat single \u2018Cha Cha Slide\u2019 from the Bristol disco-duo follows \u2018I Can\u2019t Die Like That<\/a>\u2019 from their upcoming second album \u2018Massive Champion\u2019.<\/p>\n The record follows on from the recent NME<\/em> cover stars<\/a>\u2018 2023 cult classic debut \u2018Crisps\u2019. It is set for release on August 14 via Breakfast Records and is available to pre-order here<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cThis song is about the feeling of everyone else somehow knowing what to do. It\u2019s about a feeling I\u2019d get as a child that has never quite left me; that I just don\u2019t really know what to do at social occasions,\u201d said vocalist and guitarist Josh Law.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s about realising that trying to connect with and understand people is a lifetime of trial and error. It\u2019s probably the saddest song we\u2019ve ever written.\u201d<\/p>\n The video also features someone dressed as a giant Minion dancing on a cliff top.<\/p>\n
