She was placed in the intensive care unit (ICU), and according to Page Six<\/a><\/em>, she suffered a cardiac arrest and was resuscitated.<\/p>\n \n\tIn June, she wasn\u2019t in a coma anymore but remained critically ill until her passing on July 8.<\/p>\n \n\tShe is survived by her husband of 50+ years, Robert Sullivan, whom she married in 1973. They have no children. However, Tyler had six siblings and lots of nieces and nephews, and she adored being the col aunt to them.<\/p>\n \n\tShe even spoke about her husband and family in a 2012 interview with The Guardian<\/a>. She said, \u201cI married Robert,\u00a0my first serious boyfriend, in 1973, when I was 22. We dated for four years before that and we have now been married for 39 years. I am still very much in love with him and he with me. We never fall out. He\u00a0is very easy on the eye, which helps. Alas, we didn\u2019t get to have our own family. What happened was that when\u00a0we got married we said we\u2019d wait seven years before starting our own, but by that time my career was massive. We put it off and put it off until I was 39 and he was 41. I suddenly felt maternal then, so it just felt the right time. I got pregnant very quickly\u00a0but after two and a half months, I miscarried<\/a>, which was bloody awful at the time. We tried again but after two years nothing had happened so we just thought it wasn\u2019t meant to be.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tTyler added, \u201cI have a large family anyway.
