Dwyane Wade<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s son Zaire Wade<\/strong> has been charged with a felony following his domestic violence arrest.<\/p>\n

Zaire, 24, was charged on Thursday, July 9, with felony injuring a cohabitant<\/a>, fianc\u00e9, boyfriend, girlfriend or child\u2019s parent, according to NBC4<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

In the complaint, Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan J. Hochman<\/strong> alleged that Zaire \u201cwillfully inflicted corporal injury resulting in a traumatic condition\u201d upon the victim, whose identity has not been revealed.<\/p>\n

According to the filing, Zaire was in a romantic relationship with the alleged victim before the incident. His arraignment is scheduled for July 16.<\/p>\n

Us Weekly<\/em> confirmed in June that Zaire was arrested following an alleged domestic violence dispute.<\/a><\/p>\n

Records showed that police responded to a 911 call about a woman who was allegedly screaming. Upon arriving at the home, police found Zaire and the woman, who reportedly had \u201clacerations on her face and body.\u201d<\/p>\n

The woman did not go to the hospital after being treated by paramedics. Zaire, meanwhile, was arrested on suspicion of felony domestic violence, criminal threats and false imprisonment.<\/p>\n

A handgun was taken from the house following his arrest and an emergency protective order was put into place. Zaire was released hours later on $50,000 bond.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe was arrested and booked for domestic violence, criminal threats and false imprisonment,\u201d a spokesperson for the Burbank Police said in a statement at the time.<\/p>\n

Dwyane, 44, shares Zaire and daughter Zaya, 19, with ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches<\/strong>. He welcomed daughter Kaavia, now 7, with his current wife, Gabrielle Union<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n
