<\/story-highlights> With the summer months in full swing, Westerville is taking the opportunity to show off its creative prowess with the 52nd<\/sup> rendition of the Westerville Music & Arts Festival from July 11-12, bringing together over 150 exhibits and performances<\/a>.<\/p>\n The white exterior of Everal Barn at Heritage Park in Westerville will be surrounded by tents,<\/a> streaks of color and the sounds of summer for the annual family-friendly event. The festival will run from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. July 11 and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 12.<\/p>\n While renovations on the historic barn led to the cancellation of the silent auction and youth art exhibition that usually takes place, the festival boasts tons of activities that draw crowds each year, exposes new artists and boosts civic engagement.<\/p>\n Over 125 artists are attending the event to display their work from a large variety of 2D and 3D mediums like glass and ceramics, jewelry, leather, photography and digital art, sculptures and wood, according to the event’s website<\/a>.<\/p>\n Musicians and dancers will be performing on two stages both days of the festival. The Main Stage is in front of Everal Barn, and the Community Stage is located near the food trucks. There will be an additional performance area, the Songwriter Tent, located near the pond.<\/p>\n July 11<\/strong><\/p>\n July 12<\/strong><\/p>\n Admission into the festival is $2 for anyone over 10 years old. Payment can be made with either cash or Venmo upon entry.<\/p>\n As in previous years, Food Truck Row will be present at the festival, offering a plethora of options for food, ranging from coffee and afternoon snacks to the Columbus-famous Schmidt\u2019s Sausage Truck. For those looking to cool down, there will also be ice cream and shaved ice trucks. Beer will be sold both days of the festival as well.<\/p>\n Even though renovations on the barn led to the cancellation of the typical youth art exhibition, the festival is still kid-friendly and invites children to participate in the KidsZone.<\/p>\n In the KidsZone, there will be outdoor games and face-painting available for the entire day. On both days, there will also be an Instrument Petting Zoo, where kids can interact with different instruments, art activities and demonstrations and caricature drawings.<\/p>\n On July 11 at 11 a.m., the play \u201cA Bell Above the Door,\u201d which features historical figures from Westerville, like Agnes Driscoll and Ben Hanby, will be performed.<\/p>\n Free parking is available near the festival at multiple locations. A festival trolley will be running from the Westerville Sports Complex both days.<\/p>\n Additional parking areas with more limited hours are available, with specifics listed on the Westerville Area Chamber website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n
