Ariana Grande will no longer be in American Horror Story<\/em> season 13<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Her casting was previously revealed in October 2025<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n The show’s production dates shifted to the summer, when Grande was already on tour<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Ariana Grande<\/a> will no longer be among the cast of American Horror Story<\/em><\/a> season 13<\/a>.<\/p>\n A source confirms to PEOPLE that Grande, 33, could no longer do the upcoming season of the Ryan Murphy series because production dates shifted to the summer, when she was already on tour. The pop star’s The Eternal Sunshine Tour began in early June.<\/p>\n It was announced in October 2025 that Grande would be joining the American Horror Story<\/em> cast, along with franchise favorites Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates, Emma Roberts, Billie Lourd, Gabourey Sidibe and Leslie Grossman.<\/p>\n Grande previously starred in Murphy’s Scream Queens<\/em> series in 2015, alongside Roberts and Lourd.<\/p>\n In November 2025, Grande briefly teased her American Horror Story<\/em> involvement to Variety<\/em><\/a>, saying<\/a>, “I know a little tiny bit [about the role] but what I know I can’t say.” She added that Murphy sent her a “very exciting text” about joining the project.<\/p>\n At the time, Grande clarified that she was going to have a “very tiny thing to do” in the new season “but I’ll be grateful to be a part of it because I love everyone involved.”<\/p>\n The Wicked<\/em> actress will soon appear in the comedy sequel Focker-In-Law<\/em>, in theaters this November, with Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro. She’ll also reunite with Jonathan Bailey for the West End revival of Sunday in the Park with George<\/em> in 2027.<\/p>\n Grande said on the <\/a>Today <\/em><\/a>show<\/a> in November that she is “enjoying acting right now. Whether it’s movies or being on stage or a little something here and there, I think that’s currently what I’m most inspired by. I’ll still sing, I promise. But, yes, right now that’s currently where I’m at.”<\/p>\n Season 13 of American Horror Story<\/em> is currently in production. Paul Anthony Kelly, star of Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette<\/em>, is also starring in the new season, in addition to Avantika and Alex Consani.
