Following news of a split between Margaret Qualley<\/strong><\/a> and Jack Antonoff<\/strong><\/a>, a rep for the actress is breaking their silence.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe narratives running in the press about Margaret and Jack are categorically untrue,\u201d Qualley\u2019s rep told Us Weekly <\/em>on Friday, July 10. \u201cThere are no trust issues. There was no infidelity or anything outside of respect and partnership in this relationship. They have deep love and care for one another.\u201d<\/p>\n

The statement continued, \u201cThere are only two people in this marriage, and the sources who are talking to the press and commenting on their relationship are not people who know them. Please respect their privacy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Qualley\u2019s statement comes after People<\/em> reported on Wednesday, July 8, that she and Antonoff were separated<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Breakup rumors surfaced after Qualley, 31, did not join Antonoff, 42, for Taylor Swift<\/strong> and Travis Kelce<\/strong>\u2019s wedding festivities at Madison Square Garden in New York City. While the Bleachers frontman was on hand to support his friend and frequent collaborator at the July 2 rehearsal dinner<\/a> and July 3 ceremony, the actress skipped both events.<\/p>\n

Days later, Qualley made headlines for removing photos of her and Antonoff\u2019s wedding from her social media, though it was unclear when exactly she deleted the images.<\/p>\n

Antonoff and Qualley were first linked in August 2021 when they were spotted packing on the PDA<\/a> in New York City. Nearly seven months later, the pair made their red carpet debut at the AFI Awards Luncheon in March 2022. That May, Qualley seemingly confirmed her engagement<\/a> to Antonoff when she posted an Instagram photo of herself wearing a diamond ring with the caption, \u201cOh I love him!\u201d<\/p>\n

In August 2023, Qualley and Antonoff tied the knot<\/a> in Long Beach Island, New Jersey. The star-studded guest list included Swift, 36, Lana Del Rey<\/strong>, Zo\u00eb Kravitz<\/strong> and the bride\u2019s mom, Andie MacDowell<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

That December, Antonoff reflected on his and Qualley\u2019s \u201creally beautiful\u201d nuptials during a Late Night With Seth Meyers<\/em> appearance.<\/p>\n

\u201cSomeone told me that when you die and when you get married is the only time everyone you love is in a room,\u201d he said at the time. \u201cAnd I was like, \u2018Oh, that is just a thing someone says, and I perform for a living so I don\u2019t mind if the attention is on me.\u2019 And then as soon as it started, my whole body became wet.\u201d<\/p>\n

The following year, Qualley opened up about married life with Antonoff<\/a> in a February 2024 Elle UK<\/em> interview.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think we\u2019ve kind of been operating like a married couple since the beginning, so it wasn\u2019t a drastic change, but I really love the security of it,\u201d she explained at the time.<\/p>\n

Qualley went on to joke about her attachment to Antonoff after they made things official.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt would be hard for him to disentangle himself from me,\u201d she quipped. \u201cI\u2019m glad the law is involved.\u201d<\/p>\n

Elsewhere in the interview, Qualley recalled realizing Antonoff was The One during a fitting with Chanel creative director Virginie Viard<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019d met Jack probably two weeks before, but I was head-over-heels in love right away,\u201d she remembered. \u201cI had a sure, knowing feeling that he was my husband.\u201d<\/p>\n
