It is believed the Queen, who maintains a private residence close to the King&#8217;s Gloucestershire estate, <a target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.the-express.com\/entertainment\/celebrity-news\/211531\/harry-children-meet-king-charles\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">was also present at the gathering.<\/a><\/p>\n<ul class=\"content-list\">\n<li class=\"list-disc\"\/>\n<li class=\"list-disc\"\/><\/ul>\n<p>The announcement has now been made that a new member of the Royal Family has arrived, with baby Isabel Marina Vesterberg born on July 8.<\/p>\n<p>The newborn is the daughter of Flora Vesterberg (n\u00e9e Ogilvy), who is the granddaughter of Princess Alexandra, 89, The Honourable Lady Ogilvy, the sole surviving granddaughter of King George V.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"content-figure flex justify-center mb-[1em] mx-auto\">\n<div style=\"max-width:590px\">\n<div class=\"content-image\"><\/div><figcaption class=\"fig-caption\">\n<p>Isabel Marina Vesterberg arrived safely on the morning of 8 July (Image: floravesterberg)<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Sharing a photograph of Isabel on Instagram, proud mother Flora Vesterberg posted, &#8220;Our daughter Isabel Marina Vesterberg arrived safely on the morning of 8 July.<\/p>\n<p>She continued, &#8220;Timothy and I are overjoyed and full of love for her. She&#8217;s named for the blessing that she is as well as my paternal great-grandmother.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Explaining why they landed on the same Isabel, she said, &#8220;Her name also means &#8216;of the sea&#8217; where we always feel most at peace in Scotland and Sweden.
