“Any form of exercise is great, especially like, when you’re depressed, when you’re dealing with stuff, um, stressed,” he said. “You’ve got to move that s-t around the body.”<\/p>\n
After addressing Marler’s own background in athletics, noting he was always able to lean on “getting a sweat on,” he was then asked about his own go-to methods for helping when he was dealing with issues.<\/p>\n
He then reiterated that he also opted to “get a sweat on” when necessary.<\/p>\n
“Sport, exercise, nature,” he said of his go-tos. “Anything I can do, again, just to like, move the body.”<\/p>\n\n\n

“The mind is a different thing. I think if you’re feeling it here, there are ways to be able to move that around and be able to feel better, but a lot of people really struggle with the mental aspect and being able to get yourself out of a loop or a cycle and again, having a challenge or a focus is something that can really help.”<\/p>\n
His comments come after his week in the U.K., which initially proved a source of stress when taxpayer-funded security was denied for his wife, Meghan Markle, and children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, initially keeping them in California.<\/p>\n
The trio eventually made it back to the U.K. and reunited, along with Harry, with King Charles and Queen Camilla, or the first time since the 2022 celebrations for the late Queen’s platinum jubilee.<\/p>\n
It was the same week that Harry and other high-profile plaintiffs were dealt a blow in a court case against Associated Newspapers, the publisher of both The Daily Mail and The Mail on Sunday.<\/p>\n\n\n

All of his claims were dismissed by a High Court judge on Tuesday, July 7th, after he ruled the group of plaintiffs, which also included Sir Elton John and Elizabeth Hurley, failed to prove their allegations that the media company had unlawfully obtained information it later used for stories.<\/p>\n
“The court rejected the argument that, simply because information was private, and because Associated could not positively explain how it had been sourced, the relevant article must have been unlawfully sourced,” judge Matthew Nicklin wrote in his summary of the ruling.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
