Years later, the virus may reactivate as shingles.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Carol Garrett said her Texas-born son had lived a good life in Oklahoma over the last few years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The younger Garrett was best known for playing Plug in the 2006 movie adaptation of the 1973 book by Thomas Rockwell.
