Among the guests in attendance was none other than Jennifer Lopez<\/a>, who sat front row in a custom two-piece ensemble that epitomized the best of hand-crafted \u201cMade in Italy\u201d fashion and D&G\u2019s signature decadence alike.<\/p>\n The look featured a strapless sheath dress from last year\u2019s Alta Moda collection, which was presented on the ancient Via Sacra in the Roman Forum. The floor-length fitted piece was hand-embroidered with gold sequin detailing and covered in ruby, emerald, and sapphire gems, resulting in an altogether regal ensemble that looked right at home on Lopez.<\/p>\n The team paired the gown with a matching crystal-embellished cape, crafted with a silk gold lining and a high standing collar, which the star left unfastened to reveal the layer beneath.<\/p>\n J.Lo didn\u2019t stop there. She accessorized the ensemble with a handful of jaw-dropping details, including a mini gold Sicily bag and gold pumps embroidered with crystals themselves.
