Country music star RaeLynn has filed for divorce from her husband, Joshua Davis, according to Music Mayhem Magazine.<\/p>\n
The 32-year-old singer filed for divorce on June 8 in Nashville, according to the site. The filing includes a temporary injunction, a summons for personal service, and a parenting seminar order.<\/p>\n
“After much thought and prayer, I have made the difficult decision to file for divorce,” the singer told Music Mayhem in a statement. “This has not been an easy decision. As a working mom, I am committed to giving my daughter the love, stability, and support she will need while we navigate this next chapter together. I am grateful for the love and encouragement of my family, friends, and fans, and I respectfully ask for privacy as we move with grace and compassion.”<\/p>\n
Music Mayhem reported <\/strong><\/a>that the two were married for more than 10 years.<\/p>\n RaeLynn, whose real name is Racheal Lynn Woodward, is a native of Baytown, Texas. She rose to fame as a contestant on “The Voice” in 2012, where she was eventually eliminated in the quarterfinals.
