Disney-owned 20th Century Studios\u2019 The Devil Wears Prada 2<\/em> remained No. 1 in its second week on the Official Film Chart, the U.K. home entertainment sales chart, through July 15.<\/p>\n

\n

The sequel, which generated $688 million at the global box office, continued to hold off Universal\/Focus Features\u2019 Obsession<\/em>, the supernatural horror film centered on a young man\u2019s ill-fated love of his childhood best friend, which moved up one spot to No. 3 in its second week on the chart.<\/p>\n

Universal\u2019s former chart-topper The Super Mario Galaxy Movie<\/em> moved up six spots to No. 3 in its eighth week on the chart \u2014 just ahead of Lionsgate\/Universal\u2019s Michael Jackson biopic Michael\u00a0<\/em>at No. 4 in its fifth week on the chart. The movie recently topped $1 billion at the global box office.<\/p>\n

Fantasy film The Magic Faraway Tree<\/em> returned to the Top 10 in fifth place from No. 11 last week, followed by 20th Century Studios\u2019 Avatar: Fire and Ash, <\/em>down two spots at No. 6 in its 15th week on the chart<\/p>\n

Dropping a spot to No. 14 was 20th Century Studios\u2019 Avatar: Fire and Ash<\/em> in its 14th week on the chart, followed by Warner\/DC Studios\u2019 Superman<\/em> (2025), up two spots to No. 5 in its 44th week on the chart.<\/p>\n

Warner\u2019s horror film They Will Kill You<\/em> also returned to the chart at No. 7 in its second week of release, followed by the studio\u2019s Mortal Kombat II<\/em>, down two spots at No. 8 in its fifth week on the chart.<\/p>\n

Warner\u2019s Lee Cronin\u2019s The Mummy returned to the Top 10 at No. 9 from No. 14, while New Line Cinema\u2019s 45-year-old horror film The Evil Dead<\/em> (1981), entered the chart at No. 10.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
