Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs<\/strong><\/a><\/span> is saying goodbye to one of his biggest properties.<\/p>\n

The disgraced rapper, 56, has sold one of his waterfront Star Island mansions in Florida for $55 million, according to The Real Deal<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Property records viewed by the outlet show Combs\u2019 waterfront property was purchased by JFStar LLC, a real estate holding company based in Newport News, Virginia. The buyer reportedly financed the purchase with an $18.5 million mortgage from San Diego-based Axos Bank.<\/p>\n

The six-bedroom, eight-and-a-half-bathroom house has 240 feet of water frontage, a pool and spa and a dock. The complex was first built in 1940 and expanded in 1995.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tSean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs\u2019 prison release date is getting a little bit closer as it was moved up again. According to official records from the Federal Bureau of Prisons viewed by Us Weekly on Monday, June 15, Combs, 56, will now be freed on February 23, 2028. The rapper was originally scheduled to be released on [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Property records show Combs still owns his main house right next door, according to The Real Deal.<\/p>\n

Us Weekly<\/i> has reached out to Combs\u2019 rep for comment.<\/p>\n

The real estate news comes as the record executive continues to serve his prison sentence after being found guilty<\/span><\/a> of two prostitution charges. (A jury acquitted Combs on the additional charges of racketeering conspiracy and two counts of sex trafficking.)<\/p>\n

Diddy is currently behind bars at Fort Dix, a low-security federal prison in southern New Jersey, where he spends his time shelving library books, exercising in the yard and awaiting the outcome of an appeal that could overturn his conviction.<\/p>\n

In early April, three judges from the Second U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New York City spent nearly two hours hearing arguments from Combs\u2019 legal team, who are seeking to overturn his conviction.<\/p>\n

Combs\u2019 lawyer, Juda Engelmayer<\/b>, previously told Us<\/i> that his client remains \u201cremarkably positive\u201d and \u201chopeful\u201d as he waits for the court\u2019s decision.\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s focused on the appeal,\u201d Engelmayer said in June, \u201cand looking back at his life and trying to figure out ways to improve and be a better person.\u201d<\/p>\n
