Benny Blanco<\/a> recently revealed that he and his now-wife Selena Gomez<\/a> dated for nearly a year before the world found out they were together.<\/p>\n The Grammy-nominated music producer, whose real name is Benjamin Joseph Levin, provided insight into the couple’s relationship timeline in a recent interview with El Pa\u00eds<\/a>, a Spanish news outlet, where he spoke about his upcoming album “Hermoso,” his career and navigating fame.<\/p>\n Blanco, 38, opened up about being in the spotlight, especially now being married to someone as high-profile as Gomez. “It’s not something I love. It affects my life a lot. And she asked me, ‘Are you sure you want to do this? I understand if you want us to just be friends.’ And then I said, ‘You know what?
