This trip came after years of Harry fighting for state-backed police protections<\/a> for his family during visits to the United Kingdom, a benefit that was stripped from the Sussexes when they stepped down<\/a> from their positions as senior royals in 2020. However, despite a court decision authoritatively denying<\/a> them of these protections early last year, the family still decided to make a quiet trip to see the monarch and his wife last Friday.<\/p>\n It was a rare reunion for Harry and his father, who endured years of conflict before beginning to repair<\/a> their relationship in 2025. Yet, while these two may be healing some wounds, it seems that Harry\u2019s relationship with his brother, Prince William<\/a>, is still quite fractured.<\/p>\n According to a new report from People<\/em><\/a>, Harry and his only sibling did not see each other during the Duke of Sussex\u2019s time in England. \u201cIt\u2019s so broken,\u201d a source said of the brothers\u2019 relationship. \u201cI thought it would have perhaps eased a little bit by now, to be honest. But there has been no movement, especially on William\u2019s side.
