Carmen Electra<\/a> went back to her roots.<\/p>\n In a new interview with Playboy<\/a>, the 54-year-old model and actress answered fan questions, and gave her insight into what it’s like dating as you get older and gave men advice on what they should and shouldn’t do when trying to get the attention of a middle-aged woman.<\/p>\n “We do appreciate texting or calling appropriately,” she said. “What you really need to do is make sure you don’t call her and say, ‘Hey, come meet me at a bar right now,’ when it’s midnight.\u00a0 That’s a huge no-no.”<\/p>\n She also gave some advice to women looking to date after a divorce, letting them know if they are in their “’40s, you’re still so young” and that they “need to go have fun, keep having fun and live your life.”<\/p>\n Valerie Bertinelli Says She’s ‘Really Scared’ Of Dating, Issues Warning On ‘Vulnerability’<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n Electra is speaking from experience because she’s has been married twice \u2014 once to NBA star Dennis Rodman in 1998, a marriage that was annulled a few months later, and then again to musician Dave Navarro from 2003 until their divorce was finalized in 2007. At this point in her life, she is looking for someone to pursue her.<\/p>\n Read On The Fox News App<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n “I’m old-fashioned, so I prefer if the man makes the first move, although I have been known to do a little walk, sway the hips a little bit, you know, bat my eyelashes a little like a butterfly, and keep on walking. If they are really interested in you, they’ll talk to you or slip you their number.”<\/p>\n The “Scary Movie” actress spoke to Fox News Digital in February and reflected on how to keep the spark alive<\/a> in relationships.\u00a0<\/p>\n She shared that, in her experience, it is important to choose a romantic partner “that you love being with” because doing so is “definitely what’s gonna keep the spark live anyway.”<\/p>\n Click Here To Sign Up For The Entertainment Newsletter<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n “So someone that \u2014 you just love their spirit, you love who they are as a person, someone that’s not a downer. I like artists, like people that are into art, whatever their art may be, all that good stuff.”<\/p>\n She first posed for the magazine in 1996, returning one year later in June 1997. Her appearance in the magazine caught the eye of Hollywood executives, and she was soon cast on “Baywatch” for its eighth season in 1997.<\/p>\n Electra’s appearance in the magazine led to a role on the hit show “Baywatch.”<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/div>\n<\/figure>\n “Once I saw the photos I was … I had to pinch myself. I couldn’t believe that I was actually in the magazine and going to be a part of such an iconic time, being a part of Playboy in general,” she told Fox News Digital in November 2019.\u00a0<\/p>\n “Marilyn Monroe<\/a> started off with Playboy, and those are the women that I admire and truly have been inspired by. So, yeah, Playboy was a lot of fun. … And I’m not shy at all anymore, by the way.”<\/p>\n Prior to appearing on the pages of the magazine this year, Electra looked back to her Playboy roots on the red carpet at the 35th Anniversary of The Abbey Food & Bar in May.<\/p>\n Like What You’re Reading?
