The young royal and second in line to the throne attended the world’s oldest tennis tournament on Sunday alongside his father, Prince William, 44, his mother, Catherine Middleton, 44, and his younger sister, Princess Charlotte, 11.<\/p>\n

However, a video shared of the family greeting British tennis star, Arthur Fury, has gone viral, showing the 12-year-old seemingly withdrawn as his mum wished the sportsman a happy birthday.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Dr Louise Mahler claims that the moment shed light on the demeanour of the future King, who she says was clearly uncomfortable during the interaction.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cMeeting Arthur Frey did not appear to be his idea of an enjoyable day,\u201d the expert shared.<\/p>\n

\u201cHis discomfort showed immediately: a lopsided mouth, a tightly clenched expression and his gaze fixed firmly on the ground.”<\/p>\n

According to the expert, George shuffled in behind his mum with his hands in his pocket, only to realise that it may not be the “best look”,\u00a0 so he quickly pulled them out.\u00a0<\/p>\n

After he shook hands with Frey, he glanced around “anxiously” and began to fiddle with his fingers.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“By the end of the engagement, he released a large, stress-laden breath, his face still carrying the strain of the occasion.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mahler adds that the young prince’s actions are not a sign of “arrogance or bad manners” but rather the actions of a nervous young boy.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was the behaviour of a young person feeling intensely uncomfortable in a very public setting,\u201d she explained, pointing out that he is not a “seasoned diplomat” like his parents, but rather a kid who has been thrust into the spotlight.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Prince William and Princess Kate were praised during the family day out for their “perfect parenting” after both were seen checking in on their children.<\/a><\/p>\n

The family sat in the Royal Box on Centre Court as they watched Jannik Sinner beat Alexander Zverev in the men’s singles final, notably enduring the 29\u00b0C heat during the UK heatwave.<\/p>\n

Both George and Charlotte were seen watching the game while holding portable fans to cool themselves down, later resorting to wearing hats and sunglasses to shade from the sun.<\/p>\n

When William and Catherine introduced their children to Fery, who lost to Zverev in the semi-finals, they made sure to check in with them.<\/p>\n
