However, what was supposed to be a romantic and blissful weekend turns into chaos when Daddario and Gad\u2019s characters discover that their respective partners have been having a secret affair together. Due to a blizzard, they are stuck with each other to deal with the messy aftermath of the affair getting exposed. <\/p>\n Originally titled A Tree Fell in the Woods, the movie is written and directed by Nora Kirkpatrick in her feature directorial debut. Kirkpatrick previously served as a writer on Prime Video\u2019s Daisy Jones & the Six series.
