New details have emerged in Vanderpump Rules <\/em><\/a>alum\u00a0Tom Sandoval<\/strong>\u2018<\/a>s legal battle with ex Victoria Lee Robinson<\/strong><\/a> and her dad, J. Will Robinson.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A hearing took place in California on Thursday, July 16, where an eyewitness saw Victoria, 33, dressed in a black shirt and matching blazer with her hair pulled back into a tight bun. Sandoval, 43, did not appear in person, nor did Victoria\u2019s dad.<\/p>\n

Us Weekly<\/em> confirms that Sandoval\u2019s temporary restraining order remains in effect, with the hearing for the requests continuing to August 13 and August 14. Both Sandoval and Will faced issues with logging in virtually, and the Bravo star\u2019s attorney argued that more time was needed to prepare and gather evidence. Victoria\u2019s lawyer agreed.<\/p>\n

Victoria asked to retrieve her belongings from the former couple\u2019s shared home. Sandoval\u2019s attorney did not foresee an issue but wanted to speak with her client first.<\/p>\n

Sandoval\u2019s attorney also informed the court that there will be video evidence to play when the hearings continue.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tTom Sandoval\u2019s ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson broke her silence over the reality star filing a restraining order against her and her father. \u00a0\u201cThis is my home. We are both on the lease, I paid the first month\u2019s rent and deposit, surprised him with the keys and virtually every item in it is mine,\u201d Robinson, 33, [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Speaking to reporters outside the courtroom, Victoria\u2019s attorney noted, \u201cThere are a lot of differences of opinion on this case. All Victoria really wants is to get this in her past and move on with her life.\u201d<\/p>\n

News broke in June that Sandoval requested the court grant him a domestic violence order of protection against Victoria and her dad, after all three were involved in an allegedly violent dispute earlier that month. (Victoria also requested a temporary restraining order against Sandoval, which the court did not grant.<\/a>)<\/p>\n

Sandoval alleged that he faced \u201cverbal and physical abuse\u201d<\/a> from the Robinsons during an argument that allegedly turned physical. Sandoval claimed in a statement to the court that Will physically attacked him while he argued with Victoria about whether she was recording him without permission.<\/p>\n

\u201c[Will] grabbed my arms and shoulders and wrapped his arms around me. Feeling trapped and violated, I pushed him away from me in order to protect myself and create distance, which caused him to fall,\u201d Sandoval wrote to the court. \u201c[Will] was the first person to put his hands on me. At no point did I pursue [Will].\u201d<\/p>\n

Sandoval alleged that Victoria entered the room without his permission to \u201chit my face and temple area towards my hairline,\u201d adding that the pain was so intense that his vision was blurred. He claimed to have continued to suffer medical side effects for weeks.<\/p>\n

Sandoval also claimed that Victoria was arrested after he called 911. He admitted that he later helped Victoria get out of jail on bond.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs I saw her being arrested, in the heat of the moment, I asked the police officers the process by which she could be bailed out,\u201d he wrote in his court petition. \u201cI even foolishly accepted Ms. Robinson\u2019s phone call from jail and lent her mother financial assistance for the bail. In hindsight, I deeply regret that decision.\u201d<\/p>\n

Us Weekly obtained the filing in which Sandoval accused Victoria, 33, and her dad, J. Will Robinson, of subjecting him to \u201cverbal [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Since the incident, lead attorney at McCune Law Group Cory Weck shared that \u201cwhat\u2019s been reported doesn\u2019t match the allegations set forth in our client\u2019s filings, and we intend to prove that.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMcCune Law Group represents people who have been wronged, bullied and then blamed for it,\u201d Weck said in a statement. \u201cVictoria Robinson is not the first woman to find herself in that position, and we intend to make sure her story gets heard.\u201d<\/p>\n

A rep for Sandoval stood by the reality star\u2019s claims.<\/p>\n
