Julie Chen Moonves<\/a><\/span><\/strong> is not impressed with Rick Devens<\/span><\/a><\/strong>\u2019 gameplay in the Big Brother<\/i><\/span><\/a> house.<\/p>\n \u201cI know people love Devens, and he was great at Survivor<\/i>,\u201d Julie, 56, shared with Entertainment Weekly<\/i><\/span><\/a> in an interview published on Thursday, July 16. \u201cThis ain\u2019t Survivor<\/i>, honey. This here [is] Big Brother.\u201d<\/i> For 28 seasons, the host of CBS\u2019 long-running reality show has seen her fair share of contestants and strategies.<\/p>\n But before the current season kicked off earlier this month, Julie said she was hopeful Devens, 42, would wow her.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m like: \u2018OK, I was rooting for you in the beginning because you\u2019re a former morning news anchor, as was I,\u2019\u201d she told the publication. \u201cBut then with his loose lips, he quickly lost me. I thought: \u2018No, dude.\u2019 And then when I saw Dee<\/strong> [Valladares<\/strong>] look at him like, \u2018You did what?!\u2019 I was like \u2026\u201d<\/p>\n In the first weeks of competition, Devens decided to tell fellow contestants Angela Murray<\/strong><\/a> and Drew Campbell<\/strong> about another alliance he was in with Dee, 29.<\/p>\n \u201cOh, it was terrible. I was like, \u2018Go back to the island, dude! I\u2019m gonna snuff out your flame,\u2019\u201d Julie said. \u201cI\u2019m surprised how little Rick Devens gets this game and how much Dee gets it and got it right away.\u201d<\/p>\n Back in June, Us Weekly<\/i> had the opportunity to catch up with Dee and Devens at the Newport Beach TV Festival. When asked what reality shows they would like to compete in after Survivor<\/i><\/span><\/a>, both competitors kept fans guessing.<\/p>\n
