\u201cShe showed us how to love unconditionally and how to find joy in the little moments. She showed me how to face life\u2019s challenges with resilience and faith.\u201d <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Jenner went on to thank her mom for \u201cevery sacrifice you made, every piece of wisdom you shared, and every moment you loved us so completely,\u201d adding, \u201cI will miss our daily talks, your smile, your laughter.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Shannon welcomed Jenner with ex-husband Robert True Houghton in 1955 as well as her sister, Karen Houghton, in 1958. Shannon split from Houghton in 1962 and went on to marry businessman Harry Shannon, who died in a car accident in 2003.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
