Jennifer Garner<\/strong><\/a> offered a glimpse into her coparenting dynamic with ex-husband Ben Affleck<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere is a time in your life where you do get caught in all of that. And that\u2019s OK,\u201d Garner, 54, told Entertainment Weekly<\/em><\/a> in an interview published Thursday, July 16, while reflecting on finding the balance between a successful career and being present at home.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s a season,\u201d she continued. \u201cAnd it\u2019s a beautiful thing. I wouldn\u2019t trade a minute of it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Garner further opened up about<\/a> how raising her three kids, Violet, 20, Seraphina, 17, and Samuel, 13, has changed since diving back into acting, admitting she \u201cabsolutely\u201d prioritized staying at home in the past.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tBen Affleck and Jennifer Garner have been coparenting pros since their 2015 split. The exes became parents with the birth of their daughter Violet in December 2005, followed by Seraphina in January 2009 and Samuel in February 2012. Affleck and Garner announced they were separating after 10 years of marriage in June 2015 via a [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cMy kids are a little bigger 1784300916,\u201d Garner added. \u201cTheir dad \u2014 ex-husband [Affleck] \u2014 has become this incredible coparent. And I have this unbelievable [business] partner who produces with me things that we control and are able to help keep in L.A. \u2026 I love making movies anywhere, but I really want to make movies at home.\u201d<\/p>\n

The actress recalled previously finding ways to bring her kids<\/a> with her when she worked, saying, \u201cNow they\u2019re in high school, you can\u2019t really do that anymore. But they can stay with their dad.\u201d<\/p>\n

She gushed over Affleck, 53, adding, \u201cHe\u2019s wonderful. He takes care of them. He\u2019s a great partner in that way. And that\u2019s very freeing.\u201d<\/p>\n

The former couple initially met on the set of Pearl Harbor in 2001 and reconnected three years later. They exchanged vows in June 2005 before expanding their family.<\/p>\n

Following a decade of marriage, Affleck and Garner announced their split in 2015.<\/p>\n

The duo\u2019s divorce was finalized in 2018. A source later told Us Weekly<\/em> that coparenting was \u201ca work in progress\u201d<\/a> for Affleck and Garner.<\/p>\n
