{"id":2506250,"date":"2026-07-17T16:18:30","date_gmt":"2026-07-17T16:18:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/celebrity.land\/en\/?p=2506250"},"modified":"2026-07-17T16:18:30","modified_gmt":"2026-07-17T16:18:30","slug":"jennifer-garner-lifts-lid-on-co-parenting-with-ben-affleck","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/celebrity.land\/en\/jennifer-garner-lifts-lid-on-co-parenting-with-ben-affleck\/","title":{"rendered":"Jennifer Garner lifts lid on co-parenting with Ben Affleck"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Jennifer Garner called ex-husband Ben Affleck an \u201cincredible co-parent\u201d to their three kids.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cFive Star Weekend\u201d star \u2014 who <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/article\/jennifer-lopez-and-ben-afflecks-kids-meet-their-5-children\/\">shares Violet, 20, Seraphina, 17, and Samuel, 13<\/a>, with the actor \u2014 <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/ew.com\/jennifer-garner-praises-ex-husband-ben-affleck-incredible-co-parent-12008091\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">told Entertainment Weekly<\/a> that she was only able to take on her role in the<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/07\/08\/photos\/the-five-star-weekend-premiere-red-carpet-jennifer-garner-darcy-carden-chloe-sevigny-and-more\/\"> new Peacock series <\/a>because of Affleck\u2019s help.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen it was offered to me, it was supposed to shoot, I think, in Nova Scotia,\u201d explained Garner, who portrays Hollis Shaw on the show, a food influencer who is grieving the loss of her husband.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI said, \u2018I would love to do it, but like everything, I really only work in LA. I have three teenagers, and I can\u2019t leave for four months. They separated in 2015 and <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2018\/10\/05\/jennifer-garner-and-ben-affleck-are-officially-divorced\/\">finalized their divorce in 2018.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>When her kids were younger, Garner deliberately scaled back her work to spend time with them.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is a time in your life where you just do get caught up in all of that. And that\u2019s OK. Nothing is forever,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat\u2019s a season. And it\u2019s a beautiful thing. And I wouldn\u2019t trade a minute of it. But I feel like my kids are a little bigger 1784305106.
