It\u2019s a familiar tune. \u201cThis is not the first time it has not been plain sailing with correspondence or trying to make things work,\u201d a well-placed source said about the issues with the trip. \u201cIt all comes back to security. If that was resolved, there would be so much more certainty every time he comes\u2014or they come.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
