Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs<\/b><\/a>\u2019 19-year-old twin daughters, Jessie and D\u2019Lila Combs, are making rare comments about their relationship with their dad amid his ongoing prison sentence.<\/p>\n

\u201cPeople fail to realize that, like, just because he\u2019s our dad \u2026 his press is his own press. Our press is our own press,\u201d D\u2019Lila told Entertainment Tonight<\/i><\/span><\/a> <\/i>in an interview published Thursday, July 16. \u201cPeople fail to understand that we are also individuals, like it\u2019s separate, so I don\u2019t have any fear [in the public eye].\u201d<\/p>\n

Diddy, 56,\u00a0 shared Jessie and D\u2019Lila, as well as their brothers<\/a> Quincy, 35, and Christian, 28, with late ex Kim Porter<\/b>, who died in November 2018. The disgraced music mogul also shares son Justin, 32, with Misa Hylton<\/b>, daughter Chance, 19, with Sarah Chapman<\/b>, and daughter Love, 3, with Dana Tran<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Diddy had his children by his side after his 2024 arrest for sex trafficking and racketeering. The rapper, who pleaded not guilty to the charges and denied every allegation, was found guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution and acquitted on the remaining counts in July 2025. Diddy is currently serving a four-year prison sentence<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tSean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs\u2019 twins, D\u2019Lila and Jessie, are adding the title of \u201cdesigner\u201d to their respective r\u00e9sum\u00e9s. The twins, 18, took to Instagram on Monday, July 7, to announce that they\u2019re starting a fashion brand. \u201cWe are launching our very own clothing line,\u201d the girls said while dancing together. \u201cThis line is more than just [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Amid their dad\u2019s incarceration, Jessie and D\u2019Lila have remained focused on their education<\/span><\/a> and newfound careers in the fashion industry.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve never, like, allowed any of that to stop us,\u201d Jessie told ET<\/i>. \u201cWe have to keep going, and it\u2019s, honestly, just made us push and work harder because we\u2019re not going to stop.\u201d<\/p>\n

Both Jessie and her twin sister further stressed that they are doing \u201cgood\u201d in the wake of Diddy\u2019s scandal.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are very appreciative of our supporters that support us, our team, our family, our friends that have just always been there for us,\u201d D\u2019Lila stated, also shutting down the critics of their newly announced fashion label<\/a>. \u201cWe wanted to have a clothing line for many, many, many years. Now is the time because we\u2019re becoming adults. Now is the time because we\u2019re 19 years old, we\u2019re not in high school anymore, we\u2019re becoming young women [and] we\u2019re becoming our own individuals. So, yes, now is the perfect time.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cIf you\u2019re focused at something, like, you won\u2019t drift off. If you just stay focused and stay strong, you\u2019re good.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tSean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs and Kim Porter\u2019s twin daughters, Jessie and D\u2019Lila Combs, paid tribute to their late mother on the sixth anniversary of her death. \u201cWe can\u2019t believe it\u2019s been 6 years without you,\u201d the sisters wrote via their shared Instagram account on Friday, November 15. \u201cWe think about you every single second of the [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Jessie and D\u2019Lila have also maintained a \u201cgreat\u201d relationship with their father.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe definitely are very close and he gives the best advice. Like [with] clothing, he\u2019s very very knowledgeable in that aspect,\u201d Jessie said. \u201cWe ask him all the time like, \u2018We need help on this [or] we need help on that.\u2019 He\u2019s always going to be there and he\u2019s always going to tell us the right answers. He\u2019s literally never wrong, like, everything that he has told us about this, it\u2019s been so helpful.\u201d<\/p>\n
