BBC radio.<\/em><\/p>\n2022 further saw Twin City release their self titled debut EP which contained 4 tracks including the previously mentioned single \u201cLooking Glass\u201d plus 3 other tracks which further sought to build excitement amongst industry peers and fans alike.<\/p>\n
Other notable timeline events include Twin City\u2019s debut gig selling out in under 24 hours forcing a venue upgrade which also sold out 24 hours later and the band\u2019s second ever gig being as main support to The Lathums in front of a 1000 strong sold out crowd at Bristol\u2019s Trinity Centre.<\/p>\n
The band released their single \u2013 \u201cI Feel Alive\u201d\u00a0which caught the attention of industry peer and\u00a0 leading figurehead, Rodney Bingehemier on Sirius XM in America.<\/p>\n
They followed this up with the single \u201cSimple Melody\u201d which was championed by new music tastemakers This Feeling and John Kennedy on his Radio X radio show.<\/p>\n
In early 2025, the band followed up this success with the prophetically titled belter \u201cI Saw God\u201d which once again saw them receiving much praise and places from leading industry figureheads.<\/p>\n
Everything was on track to see this young band\u2019s trajectory rise into the stratosphere of stardom when tragedy struck at the end of last year following their biggest gig to date for industry taste makers This Feeling, when the band\u2019s much loved guitarist and brother James suddenly passed away.<\/p>\n
In March this year the band released their track \u201cCarried Away\u201d in which Louis handed over the main vocals role to Pete. The track showed a very real and personal side to the band as Pete sang the track that he and James had written together.<\/p>\n
Twin City are now back on electrifying top form with the release of their next single \u201cSeems To Me\u201d. From the get-go the track is packed full of snarling guitars and thrashing drums. Taking the phrase \u2018high octane\u2019 to the next level, this indie banger is full of grit and swagger. A punchy melody and belted out lyrics with sing-a-long chorus hooks, this track is sure to absolutely go off when performed live.<\/p>\n
Louis has said the new track: \u201cOur new single \u2018Seems To Me\u2019 is an uptempo rock and roll tune about togetherness. There\u2019s a lot of frustration across the globe at the moment and the message of the song is to ensure it\u2019s aimed at the powers that be and not one another. A sort of rallying call to arms for the people.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cSeems to Me\u201d was written collaboratively by Twin City, recorded in Newport Wales and was Produced, Mixed, Mastered by Richard Jackson.<\/p>\n\n
