The judge has since signed off on the deal.<\/p>\n<p>McWhorter was ordered to pay a $1,383 fine, to complete 48 hours of community service and to serve 12 months of probation, according to the documents.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, an ignition interlock device must remain in his car until July 16, 2027. The specific device is a vehicle breathalyzer that prevents a car from starting if it detects a blood alcohol concentration above a set limit, which is typically set between 0.02 percent to 0.025 percent.<\/p>\n<p><em>Us<\/em> previously reported that <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-news\/news\/mormon-wives-chase-breaks-silence-on-dui-cocaine-arrest-charges\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">McWhorter was arrested in Utah on July 4, 2025<\/a>, for driving under the influence and possession of cocaine. He was also charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license.<\/p>\n<p>Chase \u2013 who was previously married to MomTok member <strong>Miranda McWhorter<\/strong> \u2013 was released on a $2,500 bond and initially pleaded not guilty to all charges.<\/p>\n<p>Five months after his arrest, Chase broke his silence about the ordeal in a <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@dchasemac\/video\/7580040905499905311?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TikTok video<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTime to address the elephant in the room. And I don\u2019t have a PR person, so we\u2019re just gonna rawdog this s***,\u201d he said in the video posted in December 2025. \u201cThe reports you saw yesterday that came out about what happened on July 4 with me are true.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He said that he was \u201cpulled over for driving under the influence\u201d after he had \u201cingested substances that I shouldn\u2019t have and got behind the wheel of a car.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cExtremely shortsighted, selfish and dangerous decision. And shout-out to the cop for helping people stay safe on the road, because it could have ended much worse than it did,\u201d Chase added.<\/p>\n<p>Chase explained that he was attending a \u201cpool party\u201d at a friend\u2019s house and intended to stay there all day. However, a \u201cfight broke out\u201d and he decided to go home and \u201csleep off\u201d his inebriated state.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI should have Ubered, but for some reason, I decided to drive home, and that decision alone kills people every single day,\u201d he said. \u201cI understand the severity of it. Obviously, it was a humiliating low being pulled over and taken in.
