A song purportedly by singer D4vd briefly appeared on Spotify before being removed from the platform after about eight hours, as the singer awaits a preliminary hearing on murder charges in connection with the death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez.<\/p>\n

The track, titled “Marcescence,” remained visible on D4vd’s Spotify page<\/a> but was no longer playable after it was taken down.<\/p>\n

The song’s appearance and removal came as he remains in jail on murder charges.<\/p>\n

Burke was charged on April 20 with capital murder in the death of 14-year-old Rivas Hernandez.<\/p>\n

D4vd has pleaded not guilty<\/a> to killing Rivas Hernandez, whose dismembered body was found in his Tesla<\/a> last Sept. 8 — just days after what would have been the girl’s 15th birthday.<\/p>\n

A preliminary hearing<\/a> is set to begin July 21.<\/p>\n
