On Friday (July 17), the Edge joined Dutch DJ Martin Garrix onstage at Antwerp&#8217;s Tomorrowland festival to debut a new collab called &#8220;Fireflies.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Fireflies,&#8221; which is not an Owl City cover, will be released on Friday, July 24, and the credits have U2 listed as performers. (A version of the track with Matisse &amp; Sadko and BARBZ was released last year.) The EDM musician previously worked with Bono and the Edge on &#8220;<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/stereogum.com\/2147747\/martin-garrix-we-are-the-people-feat-bono-the-edge\/music\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">We Are The People<\/a>,&#8221; the official theme song for the 2021 UEFA European Football Championship.
