The Royals have won their first two games out of the All-Star Break. They will look to sweep the scuffling San Diego Padres this afternoon, with Noah Cameron<\/a> on the bump.<\/p>\n

In his last outing before the break, Cameron went 7 innings, allowing 5 hits, 5 runs, striking out 9, but allowing 3 homers to the Orioles. His last two starts have been solid for him, as he will look to build on that today.<\/p>\n

It\u2019ll be a different looking lineup today for the Royals. All three catchers will be in the lineup, with Carter Jensen<\/a> DH\u2019ing, Luke Maile<\/a> behind the plate and Salvador Perez playing first. Bobby Witt Jr.<\/a>, who has been struggling the last 7 games also sits, Tyler Tolbert<\/a> will play shortstop. Nick Loftin<\/a> slides to second, Josh Rojas<\/a> steps in at third, giving Michael Massey<\/a> a day off.<\/p>\n

As for the Padres, they come into today\u2019s game 48-50 on the season, 3.5 games back of the final NL Wild Card spot. Righty German Marquez will start for them today. Marquez<\/a>, the longtime Colorado<\/a> Rockie, and first year Padre, is having a decent year, after he spent time on the IL with forearm problems.<\/p>\n
