Spice Girls singer Melanie Chisholm <\/b><\/a>is officially off the market after saying \u201cI do\u201d<\/a> to fianc\u00e9 Chris Dingwall.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cI love weddings [and] when I go to other people\u2019s I always have good craic, but I wasn\u2019t a girl who grew up dreaming about her dress,\u201d Chisholm, 52, told British Vogue<\/i><\/span><\/a> <\/i>in a Sunday, July 19, profile, announcing her nuptials.\u00a0 I was always just focused on my career. I think even relationships took a backseat for me because I\u2019ve been so driven to do what I love, which is performing.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cI\u2019d gotten to the point in my life where I just didn\u2019t think it was going to be a part of my story.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chisholm, mom to 17-year-old daughter Scarlett<\/span><\/a> whom she welcomed during a previous relationship, changed her tune once she met Dingwall in 2024 via celebrity dating app Raya.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe spark was immediate. I was 49 when I met Chris and I was in a really good place,\u201d the singer recalled to the outlet. \u201cWe had a date in Australia, and it\u2019s been difficult to separate us ever since. He\u2019s been such a beautiful addition to mine and my daughter\u2019s life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chisholm gushed that it\u2019s been \u201ca beautiful dynamic\u201d welcoming Dingwall into her family.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m a single mum. My daughter is 17, and we\u2019re pretty resilient, the two of us, we\u2019re a team,\u201d she stated. \u201cFor anybody coming into our world, it was going to be tough, and he just fits perfectly.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dingwall ultimately popped the question during the couple\u2019s July 2025 Mallorca, Spain, vacation<\/a>. The pair wed in a simple legal ceremony in Australia, followed by a relaxing celebration in Cumbria this summer.<\/p>\n

\u201cI didn\u2019t feel like a big traditional wedding was right for me,\u201d Chisholm acknowledged, revealing that she picked out a bridal gown from former bandmate Victoria Beckham<\/b>\u2019s eponymous label.<\/p>\n
