Christina Aguilera<\/strong> and her longtime love, Matthew Rutler<\/strong>, still look so in love 16 years after first getting together. <\/p>\n Aguilera, 45, a beloved singer known for her tremendous vocal range, made a rare public appearance alongside her fianc\u00e9 at an exclusive party at Sartiano’s hosted by Todd Graves<\/strong>, owner and founder of Raising Cane’s, in New York City. Rutler, a New Jersey native, worked on several film sets in the New England area after attending Roger Williams University. He then moved out to Los Angeles, where he met Aguilera when he worked as a production assistant on her 2010 film, Burlesque<\/em>. <\/p>\n 16 years later, the couple is still going strong. On Mother’s Day, Rutler took to Instagram to honor Aguilera, with whom he has a daughter, Summer Rain<\/strong>.<\/p>\n “Happy Mother\u2019s Day\u00a0@xtina<\/a>\u00a0to the most incredible woman and mom I know. Because Aguilera was too hot.<\/p>\n \u201cNo, you\u2019re like, a hot chick. I\u2019m not giving you this song. No way. Are you kidding me?\u201d Perry recalled saying\u00a0during a recent episode of the\u00a0Zach Sang Show<\/a><\/em>. However, her manager advised her to give Aguilera the chance to belt out the now-beloved tune.<\/p>\n \u201cIt made sense,\u201d\u00a0Linda\u00a0shared. \u201cThat\u2019s when I discovered, oh, beautiful people are actually insecure and just as damaged as I am. \u201cShe\u2019s just as f—ed up as I am.
