Sphere Entertainment Co. announced Tuesday that Karen Laureano-Rikardsen has joined the company as Global Head of Corporate\u00a0Marketing and\u00a0Communications for Sphere. <\/p>\n
Laureano-Rikardsen will serve as the lead spokesperson for Sphere, while leading the development and execution of global marketing and\u00a0communications strategy to support the company\u2019s growth, reputation, branding, and domestic and international expansion. She will be based in New York and report to Jennifer Koester, Sphere\u2019s President and Chief Operating Officer.<\/p>\n

Laureano-Rikardsen spent nine years at Cantor Fitzgerald, where she served as Chief Communications and Marketing Officer for the parent company and its publicly traded affiliates, BGC Group and Newmark Group. <\/p>\n
Earlier in her career, Laureano-Rikardsen held senior executive communications and marketing positions at major financial and public relations firms, including Credit Suisse, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and Hill & Knowlton.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
