However, after the historic start to the season, they\u2019ve struggled since including a current winless streak of four games.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

13. Boston Legacy (-2) | 1-2 loss vs Washington Spirit<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Boston were outplayed by Washington in the first half, before waking up in the final 45.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

7. KC Current (-1) | 2-2 draw vs San Diego Wave<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

KC Current was on the way to their seventh win in seven games at home, but conceded in the 90th minute, settling for a draw at CPKC Stadium for the first time in 2026.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

However, the concern on the defensive end grows. They\u2019ve given up five goals in the past two matches and conceded 22 times already this season – fifth most in NWSL.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

6. Angel City FC (+1) | 2-0 win at Chicago Stars<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

ACFC\u2019s attack was on another level as they generated an xG of 3.52 against Chicago Stars.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Maiara has scored in five straight games.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

For the first time in the history of the club, they\u2019ve registered three consecutive clean sheets.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The \u201csuper sub\u201d Trinity Byars did not come off the bench in this one. Instead, she started and tallied the brace, including the 90th minute equalizer to salvage a point for San Diego Wave. The forward now has six goals on the season.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In the absence of Dudinha, head coach Jonas Eidevall and the team continue to find contributors to step up in her place.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

2. Washington Spirit | 2-1 win at Boston Legacy<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Trinity Rodman has taken over and has four goals in the past four games.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Her goal in the 31st minute ended up being the game-winner for Washington Spirit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

With nine wins in their last 11 matches, this team is primed for another major run.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
