Most of the listings were for the only AMC theater in the area showing IMAX 70MM \u2014 Universal CityWalk.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Los Angeles ticket scalpers are seeing more than a mythical journey in their future with Christopher Nolan\u2019s \u201cThe Odyssey.\u201d <span class=\"credit\">ZUMAPRESS.com<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>eBay advertisement for four prime seats to see The Odyssey in IMAX 70MM for $1,299.00.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>One ticket package on eBay was priced at $1,299 for four tickets to the August 7 showing of the epic at Universal CityWalk.
