The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills <\/em>alum Lisa Rinna <\/strong><\/a>has put in decades of work to maintain<\/a> her physique.<\/p>\n \u201cI’ve been the same weight since I was literally 20 years old. I’m very, very, very lucky,\u201d Rinna, 63, said on the Wednesday, July 22, episode of Morgan Stewart<\/strong>\u2019s eponymous SiriusXM podcast<\/a>. \u201cNow, I also love to work out. I think the thing about me is I’m just consistent. I don’t do anything crazy, [and] I don’t do anything difficult though.\u201d<\/p>\n Rinna further acknowledged that she\u2019s experimented with various diets over the years.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve tried everything, but I’m not crazy about anything,\u201d she stated. \u201cI just do everything very consistently<\/a>. I do what works, what feels right for my body.\u201d<\/p>\n Lisa Rinna Details the Workout Routine She\u2019s Been Doing Since She Was 16<\/a><\/p>\n She continued, \u201cI eat what I want when I want, when I feel like I want it. I do not believe in breakfast, lunch and dinner if I am not hungry.\u201d<\/p>\n In addition to watching what she eats, Rinna has learned to monitor her alcohol intake.<\/p>\n \u201cI do drink alcohol, and the thing about me is I’m not an addictive person,\u201d she said. \u201cI could literally have some [cigarettes], be fine. I can have a drink, like, I’m not addictive. So, it’s very easy for me to have cocktails and such \u2018cause I don’t have that [alcoholism] gene, luckily.\u201d<\/p>\n Even so, Rinna admitted that she has to be \u201cvery careful\u201d whenever she drinks alcohol and now primarily sticks to one glass of wine.<\/p>\n Lisa Rinna Is Taking As Many Naked Pics of Herself While She \u2018Still Can\u2019<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cAs you get older, your body starts to react to alcohol a little differently,\u201d Rinna stated. \u201cSo, right now for me, wine is better than hard alcohol. It\u2019s so fun. I love a cocktail [or] a glass of wine.\u201d<\/p>\n Rinna also enjoys a vodka soda or tequila, depending on \u201cwhat [her] hormones are doing.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI feel really good right now.\u00a0 I mean the hormones take a minute to rebalance. I just, kind of, went through a phase where they were a little unbalanced,\u201d the former Bravolebrity acknowledged of her menopausal symptoms. \u201c[I have] hot flashes and sweating at night and irritability and not being able to sleep. I was like, \u2018We\u2019re not going to do this,\u2019 so I just went up on my estrogen. Now, I feel like I\u2019m back.\u201d<\/p>\n Rinna has long been candid about embracing her age.<\/p>\n \u201cThere are so many things we can do that make you feel better<\/a>, so I think it\u2019s a really exciting time for women,\u201d she exclusively told <\/a>Us <\/em><\/a>in February<\/a>, referring to her past with lasers and Botox, and still feeling fabulous in her 60s. \u201cAt this point, I\u2019m like, \u2018You know what? Number doesn\u2019t matter.\u2019 Look at Demi Moore<\/strong> at 63, Cher<\/strong> at 79, Pam[ela] Anderson<\/strong> at 58.
