Today, Imminence have followed it up with another new track, \u201cCrestfallen,\u201d giving fans a broader look at the upcoming album.<\/p>\n<p>While \u201cFalse Light\u201d leans into the band\u2019s heaviest side with crushing riffs, harsh vocals, and explosive intensity, \u201cCrestfallen\u201d takes a more atmospheric approach, blending orchestral arrangements, electronic textures, and Eddie Berg\u2019s soaring clean vocals with the band\u2019s signature violin-driven sound.<\/p>\n<p>The new songs follow the previously released single \u201c<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/nextmosh.com\/imminence-announce-2026-north-american-headline-tour\/\" target=\"_blank\">The Sword That Never Bends<\/a>,\u201d and continue introducing the themes behind <em>Axis Mundi<\/em>, which explores suffering, redemption, and the search for light through a cinematic and mythological narrative.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on the two songs, guitarist Harald Barrett said: \u201cDuality has always been at the heart of Imminence. Our musical expression is a conversation between darkness and light, violence and beauty, despair and hope. \u2018False Light\u2019 and \u2018Crestfallen\u2019 embody those opposing forces more clearly than anything we\u2019ve released before.
