Aaron Phypers <\/b><\/a>alleged in new documents that his estranged wife, Denise Richards<\/b><\/a>, is in contempt of a court order as their divorce dispute continues.<\/p>\n

Phypers, 53, claimed in docs filed on Tuesday, July 21, and obtained by Us, <\/i>that Richards, 55, still owes him $41,500 in temporary spousal support and attorney fees\u00a0 after she was ordered to pay him<\/span><\/a> $5,000 per month in February to cover costs.<\/p>\n

In the newly filed paperwork, Phypers claimed that Richards hasn\u2019t made complete payments since the court order took effect and she is allegedly \u201cstonewalling\u201d filing additional paperwork in the proceedings. Phypers claimed that Richards made a $4,500 payment in April and another $2,000 in May and June, but he has yet to receive a payment this month \u2013 bringing the total he alleged she owes him to $13,500 and another $28,000 to his attorney.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tDenise Richards has scored another victory in her legal battle with ex Aaron Phypers amid their ongoing divorce. Richards, 55, and attorney Mark Gross appeared in Los Angeles County court for a Monday, April 27, hearing, where they discussed her request to have sensitive documents related to her finances sealed, according to court documents obtained [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201c[Denise] showed adequate income on her last income and expense declaration to be able to make these payments,\u201d the documents read. \u201cThe attorney\u2019s fees payments were spread out over three months at [her] request in order to facilitate her ability to pay them. Meanwhile, [she] has been stonewalling [Aaron] regarding mandatory financial disclosures and discovery.\u201d<\/p>\n

Richards has not publicly addressed Phypers\u2019 latest court filing. Us <\/i>reached out for comment.<\/p>\n

Richards and Phypers were married for six years before he filed for divorce in June 2025. He subsequently filed a request for alimony<\/span><\/a> in December 2025, claiming that he is in financial debt. Phypers\u2019 mother, Patricia<\/b>, also launched a GoFundMe campaign to help cover her son\u2019s legal defense, also referring to Richards\u2019 daughter Eloise in the fundraiser.<\/p>\n

\u201cSay whatever you want about me, which they have. I\u2019ll deal with that after the divorce,\u201d Richards said on a January episode of the \u201cMisSpelling\u201d podcast<\/span><\/a>. \u201cBut when you cross a line and bring my youngest daughter into trying to get money from strangers \u2014 it\u2019s outrageous. That is wrong.\u201d<\/p>\n
