(Seen here: Robertson and Hendrich on \u201cThe Ultimatum.\u201d) <span class=\"credit\">COURTESY OF NETFLIX<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>According to a booking summary obtained by Page Six,\u00a0Robertson was <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/07\/19\/celebrity-news\/netflix-star-blake-robertson-arrested-for-assaulting-girlfriend\/\">arrested for assault<\/a> and booked with a Class C misdemeanor in Nacogdoches, Texas, on Oct. 18. In that state, this misdemeanor type results in a fine up to $500 and no jail time.<\/p>\n<p>Hendrich, 23, ultimately chose not to press charges against Robertson, she told TMZ at the time, after they had a private conversation in which she allegedly explained she would still like for him to take public responsibility for his alleged actions.<\/p>\n<p>Page Six was unable to obtain additional records regarding the arrest because the case was \u201crightfully dismissed by the prosecutor almost immediately, and all records were expunged,\u201d Robertson\u2019s lawyer previously told TMZ.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s been nearly a year since Robertson was arrested, but the incident is resurfacing as Season 4 of \u201cThe Ultimatum\u201d \u2014 and the explosive reunion \u2014 is currently airing on Netflix.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>\u201cPlacing hands on someone, that is something that I do not take lightly at all,\u201d Robertson (seen here with Hendrich) said. <span class=\"credit\">Instagram\/@theblakerobertson<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The news of Robertson\u2019s arrest was revealed on July 18, three days after the series started streaming on Netflix. (Seen here: Robertson and Hendrich on \u201cThe Ultimatum.\u201d) <span class=\"credit\">COURTESY OF NETFLIX<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>While promoting the show, Hendrich appeared on <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/episode\/5DUuQY27XVHz35LWPB7sqO\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wednesday\u2019s episode of the \u201cWhat\u2019s the Reality\u201d podcast<\/a>, where she revealed what allegedly happened when Robertson was arrested last fall.<\/p>\n<p>Some of her claims included that she and Robertson called it quits after he bought two women drinks and drove while intoxicated during their anniversary trip to Charleston, South Carolina \u2014 an allegation\u00a0Robertson denied to Page Six.<\/p>\n<p>Robertson claimed the \u201cfinal straw\u201d leading to their breakup occurred one week before his arrest. He told Page Six that after a night out, when his ex allegedly \u201cpoured a beer\u201d on him, he instructed her to move out of his Nacogdoches, Texas, home.<\/p>\n<p>In the podcast, Hendrich confirmed she poured beer on him, but claimed there was more to the story, recalling how she attempted to confront Robertson to apologize when they argued. She was standing outside the car he was in and allegedly shoved him through the rolled-down window.<\/p>\n<p>Hendrich claimed in the podcast that Robertson then got out of the car and allegedly told her, \u201cYou know what, if you\u2019re going to f\u2013king act like this, then let\u2019s go.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe opens the car door, grabs me by my shoulders and is pushing me back \u2026 he pins me on my friend\u2019s car,\u201d Hendrich alleged, claiming that she then got into her friend\u2019s car and was in disbelief that Robertson allegedly put his hands on her.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Per a booking summary obtained by Page Six,\u00a0Robertson (seen here with Hendrich) was arrested on Oct. 18 for assault in Nacogdoches, Texas. <span class=\"credit\">Instagram\/@theblakerobertson<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>He was charged with a Class C misdemeanor in the incident that involved Hendrich (seen above). <span class=\"credit\">Instagram\/@hayleydinae<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Robertson denied those allegations, too, telling us Hendrich \u201cstormed\u201d toward him while he was with his friends. He claimed he got out of the car to de-escalate the situation by \u201cswarming her hands,\u201d walking her to her friend\u2019s car and putting her in the backseat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI said, \u2018You guys take off,&#8217;\u201d he recalled, insisting he didn\u2019t put his hands on her. \u201cI did not. That was self-defense to get her away from me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe made me feel very unsafe as well, and I didn\u2019t want to put myself in that relationship anymore,\u201d Robertson claimed.<\/p>\n<p>However, Robertson wasn\u2019t arrested until the following week after he allegedly put his hands on his now-ex in a rage when she was preparing to move out, Hendrich claimed on the podcast.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m sitting in a chair \u2026 he had grabbed me by my sweatshirt and pulls me forward, like he\u2019s going to drag me out, and I start freaking the f\u2013k out,\u201d she said, claiming she recorded the altercation.<\/p>\n<p>Hendrich said she showed the responding officers the video and Robertson was arrested. Ultimately, Hendrich dropped the charges against Robertson to avoid him being \u201cf\u2013ked,\u201d she claimed.<\/p>\n<p>Robertson vehemently denied the allegations, telling Page Six, \u201cThe only time that I ever placed hands on Hayley \u2014 period \u2014 was to go over there and try to lift her off of the chair gently with my hands behind her.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI said, \u2018OK,\u2019 then I left my house, went to my father\u2019s [residence],\u201d Robertson claimed, adding that he regrets not leaving his home immediately and calling police, telling us, \u201cI take accountability.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Robertson alleged that he called the police from his dad\u2019s house because he wanted to report Hendrich for refusing to leave his home.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Hendrich (seen here) ultimately dropped the charges. <span class=\"credit\">Instagram\/@hayleydinae<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Hendrich (seen here) previously told TMZ she had a private conversation with her ex and wanted him to take public responsibility. <span class=\"credit\">Instagram\/@hayleydinae<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cWhy would I call the police on Hayley if I thought that I did something that would lead to my own arrest?\u201d he told us.<\/p>\n<p>Robertson explained he feels a \u201csuppression campaign\u201d is happening against him, and he hasn\u2019t been able to tell his side of the story.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI do have areas where I absolutely will take accountability,\u201d he told us, adding, \u201cBut there\u2019s other areas that I will shine on Hayley that she needs to.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hendrich wasn\u2019t immediately available to comment on Robertson\u2019s allegations against her.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Hendrich <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/entertainment\/news\/ultimatums-hayley-addresses-blakes-domestic-violence-arrest\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">told Us Weekly<\/a> in a new interview it\u2019s \u201cbeen very hard just having to relive\u201d the trauma of the alleged domestic violence incident when \u201cThe Ultimatum\u201d began streaming.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere were certain decisions that I made regarding that whole situation,\u201d she said, alluding to how she refused to press charges against Robertson when he was initially detained for allegedly hitting her.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Robertson\u2019s lawyer previously told TMZ the \u201ccase was rightfully dismissed by the prosecutor almost immediately, and all records were expunged.\u201d (Robertson is seen above on \u201cThe Ultimatum.\u201d) <span class=\"credit\">COURTESY OF NETFLIX<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The show was filmed in mid-2025 before Robertson\u2019s arrest. (Hendrich is seen here.) <span class=\"credit\">Instagram\/@hayleydinae<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Season 4 of \u201cThe Ultimatum,\u201d filmed from March to May 2025 ahead of Robertson\u2019s arrest, was released on July 15, 2026, on Netflix.<\/p>\n<p>Hendrich told Us Weekly that old wounds reopened when Robertson\u2019s arrest was publicly revealed on July 18 \u2014 just three days after the series started streaming.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfter all the healing that you\u2019ve tried to do, you just have to relive it,\u201d she told the outlet. \u201cEspecially in the public eye, I feel like it makes it 1,000 times harder. It\u2019s been a lot.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hendrich and Robertson ended up on \u201cThe Ultimatum\u201d after Robertson gave Hendrich the choice to either tie the knot or break up. The now-exes joined five other couples on the dating series to decide whether they would stay together and get engaged or explore other connections with contestants.<\/p>\n<p>Their tumultuous relationship was on full display for viewers as they swapped partners with another couple, Ashley and Killian.<\/p>\n<p>Ultimately, Hendrich and Robertson got engaged but split four months later in September 2025.
