The lyrics describe an inner chaos, a constant struggle with oneself, and the feeling that old thoughts and experiences are always simmering beneath the surface. <strong>Rip it up<\/strong>\u00a0served as an outlet while writing \u2013 this desire to somehow free oneself from it all, even when you know it\u2019s not that simple. Ultimately, the biggest thanks go to <strong>Steven Jones<\/strong> from <strong>BLEED FROM WITHIN<\/strong>, who saw a lot of potential in the song and helped us finish it.
