At this level, anyone may begin to experience health effects, while sensitive groups, including pregnant individuals and those with respiratory conditions, are advised to avoid outdoor exertion.<\/p>\n<p>Downtown Sounds is a free, weekly summer concert series hosted by the Downtown Vernon Association.
