Meghan Markle is taking her love of cooking to MasterChef Australia<\/em> as a guest judge on Sunday’s episode.<\/p>\n The show’s four remaining contestants will be challenged to create a dish using some of the Duchess of Sussex’s favorite ingredients<\/a>, including carrots, Jerusalem artichokes, Brussels sprouts, macadamias and strawberries.<\/p>\n The episode, which will air on Australia’s Network 10, was filmed in April during Meghan and Prince Harry’s visit to the country.<\/p>\n In a newly released preview<\/a>, Meghan said cooking was her “love language.” She added, “I think it’s such a great way to connect. It’s something that can feel sentimental and meaningful, and it’s how I show my nurturing and love for my friends, family and my kids.”<\/p>\n Meghan admitted she prefers a calmer approach to cooking to the high-pressure environment of the MasterChef<\/em> kitchen. “I like to cook in a really relaxed fashion,” she said, “so all I could say to the competitors was to just remember to have fun, to keep a sense of humor about it and to cook from the heart.”<\/p>\n Describing her own cooking style, Meghan said, “I’m a California girl. I like grilled fish, grilled meats, lots of citrus.
