Earlier this year, Caribou’s Dan Snaith released Butterfly<\/a><\/em>, his latest album under his electronic moniker Daphni. But Snaith’s creative momentum hasn’t waned. After his latest album, he made the song “hav u a sec,” which he initially played during<\/a> his live set at London’s Corsica Studios this past February. Now that single and two other unreleased songs, “Tally” and “Foward,” have arrived in the form of a surprise EP, hav u a sec<\/em>.<\/p>\n In an instagram post he shared: <\/p>\n hav u a sec\u2019 by Daphni is out today together with two other tracks (\u2018Tally\u2019 and \u2018Forward\u2019 on a little ep) i know Butterfly only came out a few months ago but i made this one after the album was already finished and wanted to get it out because it\u2019s been such a great vibe playing it for you at shows. I think I played it at Corsica first maybe? this is my friend\u2019s dog but he looks just like my dog Saxon from when I was a kid – a brown and white border collie.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n All three tracks on hav u a sec<\/em> are vibrant and iridescent.
