The Labyrinth<\/em> star also says that people insist that she starred in a movie with Brad Pitt despite never working with him.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Connelly\u2019s series Dark Matter<\/em> returns for season 2 on Aug. 28.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Strangers recognize Jennifer Connelly<\/a> as a Hollywood star \u2014 but not always the right<\/em> Hollywood star.<\/p>\n While visiting EW\u2019s 2026 San Diego Comic-Con Studio, the Dark Matter<\/em> actress says that she is often mistaken for another actress.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve gotten people insisting\u2014 going through security the other day, they\u2019re like, \u2018Oh my God, you\u2019re Demi Moore<\/a>,\u2019\u201d she says. \u201cI was like, \u2018I\u2019m not.\u2019 They were like, \u2018You are.\u2019 Again: \u2018No. I\u2019m really not. I\u2019m not. They\u2019ve also both romanced Tom Cruise<\/a> on screen. But the two actresses have never crossed paths in any capacity on film.<\/p>\n Elsewhere in the conversation, Connelly says that people constantly think that she appeared in movies that she had nothing to do with. \u201cI get a lot more of people insisting that I\u2019m in movies that I\u2019m not in,\u201d she says when asked about projects that people forget that she\u2019s in. \u201cLike, I had someone say to me, \u2018You were so good in that movie with Brad Pitt<\/a>,\u2019 and I was like, \u2018Not in a movie with Brad Pitt.\u2019 They\u2019re like, \u2018Yes you are,\u2019 I\u2019m like, \u2018I\u2019m really not, I promise you.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n Now we must ask: which Brad Pitt costar do people mistake Connelly for? It\u2019s not Moore, because Pitt has never acted with her, which means there\u2019s a third actress getting mixed up with these two. Is it Helena Bonham Carter<\/a> in Fight Club<\/em>? Julia Ormond<\/a> in Legends of the Fall<\/em>? Claire Forlani in Meet Joe Black<\/em>?\u00a0<\/p>\n Surely they didn\u2019t mean Marion Cotillard<\/a> in Allied<\/em> or Penelope Cruz<\/a> in The Counselor<\/em>\u2026 but could they have meant them? Is there a world where that makes sense?
