DETROIT (AP) \u2014 Michael Massey<\/a> hit a go-ahead, two-run homer with two outs in the eighth inning and the Kansas City Royals<\/a> held on to beat the Detroit Tigers<\/a> 5-4 on Sunday.<\/p>\n The Royals led 3-0 through four innings, fell behind after giving up four runs in the fifth before going back ahead on Massey’s blast to right.<\/p>\n Advertisement<\/p>\n Nate Pearson<\/a> (2-0) threw a scoreless inning.
