During her episode, Meghan revealed that the couple\u2019s children Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, five, enjoy eating Brussels sprouts while tasting a dish.<\/p>\n

When asked what her favourite dish is to cook for her family, Meghan admitted it is challenging because she has \u201cso many different palates to appease\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cMy husband is from the UK. He loves a lot of meat, potatoes, cream sauce. California girl, I like grilled fish, grilled meats, the citrus. I just like using really pure, natural herbs and spices.\u201d<\/p>\n
Meghan then paused to ask how to pronounce \u201cherbs\u201d in Australia and was told the \u201ch\u201d is most definitely included in our pronunciation Down Under.<\/p>\n
\u201cAny great herbs and spices,\u201d she continued. \u201cI actually like a lot of heat in my food so anything with a little bit of spiceness, not too much so its overpowering, but really balancing out the flavours and mixing the savoury and the sweet I think is always helpful. Just be playful.\u201d<\/p>\n\nThe royal revealed the couple\u2019s children enjoy eating brussels sprouts.\u00a0Instagram\/@meghan<\/cite><\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\nShe revealed Harry can \u201chandle a little spice\u201d and enjoys a curry, and that they barbecue a lot at their home in Montecito. <\/p>\n
